Pastoral Care
Life doesn't always go as we plan it, but it's in those moments that often Christian community and pastoral care is so helpful for us to grieve, process, have deep hope and persevere in and through hardship.
Pastoral, Palliative & Aged Care
Our Vicar is the chaplain at Warialda Hospital and at Naroo. He is often 'doing the rounds' in these facilities, for those who are in long-term care or those who may just be passing through.
If you would like a pastoral care visit whilst you are at hospital, please just let the nursing staff know, and they can get in contact with the chaplain.
Bereavement
Whilst funerals are one way that we can help you grieve and process the death of a loved one, ongoing pastoral care after a funeral can be immensely helpful too.
Please get in contact with our Vicar if you would like a visit.
Meals & living assistance
We believe that God gives his church lots of resources in order to faithfully and generously serve him and others. There are many people in our congregation who love to make a meal for others - If you're doing it tough, please get in contact with us, and we will see if we can assist.
From time to time, we will have shopping vouchers to distribute to those in need. Please note that we have a parish policy that we will never give out cash gifts.
Home visits, and shut-ins
We recognise that through illness or other means, it is impossible for some to physically get to church.
We still value you, and want to encourage you in your daily walk with Christ.
Although we do not have online services, we are willing to organise house visits, or to get printed and/or audio sermons or other devotional resources to you.
Every week we also send out the bulletin via email. If you would like to receive this, please contact us to add your name & email to the list.
